Itinerary - Kashi Dashan

DAY 01- VARANASI

Arrival at Varanasi Airport / railway station and transfer to hotel. In the evening Witness Aarti ceremony an experience of life. The GANGA Aarti is a spectacular sight. Hundreds throng to the Ghats to participate in this ceremony. Offerings of lamps and flowers are made to the river immediately following this ceremony and it is a moving sight to watch hundreds of miniature lamps float along the river. Return to hotel, overnight at Hotel in Varanasi.

DAY 02- VARANASI

Early morning, you will be taken to visit Dashaswamedh Ghat, Man Mandir Ghat, Manikarnika Ghat by the Ganges. It’s a mystical and spiritual experience as you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking holy dip in the Ganges. You also visit Kashi Vishvanath temple, Mata Annapurna temple. After visit return hotel for breakfast. After breakfast proceed for an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. The attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, the Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum. Later in the day a city tour will be arranged covering the Vishwanath temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Temple, if time permits, you may visit Silk weaving, wooden toy making or such handicrafts of Varanasi. Return to hotel, overnight at Hotel in Varanasi.

DAY 03- VARANASI- CHITRAKOOT

Morning after breakfast drive to Chtrakoot, arrive Chitrakoot and check-in to a hotel. Early noon we will start with our sightseeing visiting Hanumandhara, Sati Ansuiya, Guptgodawari stafik Sheela, Ramghat and Mandakini river aarti. Overnight at Hotel in Chitrakoot.

DAY 04-CHITRAKOOT- PRAYAG

Morning post breakfast check-out and visit Kamadgir and Hamnuman dhara. Further drive to Prayag, arrive and check-in at hotel. Later visit Anand Bhavan, Swaraj Bhavan and Bade Hanuman ji. Overnight at hotel in Prayag.

DAY 05- PRAYAG- AYODHYA

Early morning after visit Sangam – The confluence of three river (Ganaga – Jamunna & Mythological Saraswati) as per Hindu believe one should take a holy dip at this scared confluence. Return to hotel for breakfast, post breakfast check-out and drive to Ayodhya, arrive and check-in at Ayodhya. in the evening visit Nageshwar Temple, Ramki padhi and Saryu river front to witness the Aarti. Overnight at Hotel in Ayodhya.

DAY 06- AYODHYA- LUCKNOW

Morning visit the major attractions of Ayodhya the Ram Janmabhumi (birthplace of Lord Rama), Hanumangarhi Temple, Kanak Bhawan & Dasarath Bhawan. Later drive to Lucknow, check-in at hotel. In the evening you may visit local market, Overnight at hotel in Lucknow.

DAY 07- LUCKNOW – MATHURA (Vrindavan)

After breakfast drive to Mathura, arrive and check-in at hotel. Later visit Gokul sightseeing like Raman Reti, Chinta Haram Temple, Brahmand Ghat and visit Prem Mandir, ISCKON Temple, Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir. Overnight at hotel in Mathura.

DAY 08- MATHURA

Morning after breakfast explore the birth place of Lord Krishna. It is scattered with numerous temples having its own significance, the main temple in the town is the Dwarka-dheesh temple. Sri Krishna Janm-Bhumi is another site to visit, it is the place where Lord Krishna was born, similarly Lord Krishna’s rest place after his triumph over the tyrant Kansa is the Vishram Ghat. You will also visit the Gita Mandir, Radha Kund and more. Post lunch you will visit Banke-Bihari temple. The Banke-Bihari temple is a very well-known shrine here, the temple to whom it is dedicated is believed to have been the great Krishna devotee. Overnight at hotel in Mathura.

DAY 09- MATHURA – DELHI airport

Morning visit the Madan Mohan Temple and beautifully designed temple “Sri Raman Mandir” temple, in-time checkout and drive to Delhi airport / railway station for your onward journey / departure transfer.
